JetFight

Defeat your friends while using a jetpack in this Player vs Player 2D platformer.

This is my first game ever! So please be patient and report any bugs or suggestions to me.

OBJECTIVE

The objective of the game is to beat your friends in a ruthless battle to death. It's important to reach a jetpack chest and punch it. That way you'll get a Jetpack that allows you to fly around.

The first player that kills his opponent 3 times wins.

CONTROLS

This game is made for 2 players. The keyboard controls are:

Player 1

• Up: Up Arrow
• Down: Down Arrow
• Left: Left Arrow
• Right: Right Arrow
• Punch: O
• Shoot: P

Player 2

• Up: W
• Down: S
• Left: A
• Right: D
• Punch: 1
• Shoot: 2

Both Players

To fly once you have the Jetpack, you have to jump and while in air, hit and hold the jump button again.

If you double-press left or right, your player will roll in that direction, allowing you to escape from your opponent.

You can also use joysticks, which is always better.

All of the controls can be changed in the "Input" tab of the configuration screen when you launch the game.

LICENSE

This game is under a pay what you want license. I have obviously enjoyed making it, but any money you pay for it will help me buying better assets and continue making games in my free time.

NERD DATA

Engine: This game has been developed using Unity 3D.

Graphics: I'm not good drawing at all, so I bought the sprites from the Unity Asset Store. They look good!

Levels: For the level design I used Tiled with an awesome tool called Tiled2Unity.

Sounds: All of the sounds are free and have Creative Commons license. They have been taken from http://freesound.org and http://99sounds.org
